Seeing as how I’m living in a bilingual country (as every Cameroonian will tell you) I thought I might as well attempt to make this a bilingual blog. I figure its kinda rude to write about people if they can’t read what you wrote (even though the country is bilingual, the people mostly aren’t). And more importantly I’m hoping that forcing myself to translate my blogs will help out my french a bit.
This is not going to be correct french, or probably anything resembling correct french, but the only way to improve is to make some (or many) mistakes!

Vu que j’habite dans un pays bi-langue, je pensais que je peux essayer de traduire mes blogs en français. Je pense que c’est un peu impoli lorsque les sujets de mon blog ne peuvent pas lire ce que j’ai écrire (parce que quand même le pays est bi-langue, d’habitude les gens ne sont pas !). Et de plus, j’espère que en traduisant mes blogs j’améliorai mon français.
Je sais que le français qu’on trouve ici ne sera pas correct mais le chemin à succès n’est pas tranquille ! Alors, n’hésitez pas de me dire les chose qui sont incorrect, j’apprend mieux comme ça.

Pas mal Matthieu! Ce n’est pas facile d’ecrire en Francais! Make sure to elide when there are two vowels comme “je apprend –should be j’apprend” “que en–qu’en”
fyi: http://bonpatron.com/ is a pretty good website that will catch most mistakes but it’s still not as good as a native speaker correcting it. Was excited to see that you’re writing again
